Refund Policy

At ScaleCore Media, we are committed to delivering high-quality marketing services and measurable results. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. Please review our refund policy below.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing services — which require time, strategy, and labour — all payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes setup fees, ad spend management, consulting, and lead generation services.
2. Lead Guarantee (If Applicable)
If your service agreement includes a qualified lead guarantee, and we do not generate the agreed minimum number of qualified leads within the specified time frame, we will offer:

A partial refund or service credit based on the number of leads not delivered

OR extended service at no extra charge until the guaranteed lead count is met
A “qualified lead” is defined as per your signed agreement and must meet the criteria established at the project start.
3. Ad Spend
Any paid advertising budget (e.g., for Facebook, Google, etc.) is paid directly to the platform and is non-refundable under any circumstances. We do not control ad platform billing.
4. Cancellation & Notice
If you wish to cancel your service, written notice must be provided at least [7 or 14] days in advance. Work already performed up to the date of cancellation will not be refunded.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with the service, please reach out to us directly at leon.p@scalecoremedia.com. We will make every effort to resolve your concerns promptly and fairly before escalation.
