4. Payment Terms

All fees are agreed upon prior to the start of service. Payments are due based on the terms outlined in your proposal or contract. Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspension.

5. Lead Guarantee (If Applicable)

If a guaranteed lead package is offered, we promise to deliver a minimum of [5] qualified leads. If we do not meet this target, a percentage of our fee may be refunded, as outlined in your service agreement.

Note: A "qualified lead" is defined according to mutually agreed criteria at the start of the campaign.
